This place is like a time machine. The COVID signs still hanging, the 7 digit phone number on the window. The food portions not shrunken from inflation. Good to see that the Chinese restaurant tradition of one broken light continues. Need to come back to try the shredded duck.

Chinese restaurant and take away In Flory. They have a great Deep fried Duck roll with Peking Duck Wrap with hoisin sauce. This it the best meal you should to try. Another one we always order is Crispy noodles Chicken Chow mein. You should not miss out

We had kang po chicken and fried rice for dinner on a Thursday night. Food arrived pretty quick and was delicious as well. Their takeaway family packs are reasonable priced, we found. Recommend for those end of week lazy nights..

Affectionately known in our house as 'The Fookster,' this establishment is coming up on 30 years in business, which suggests that they are doing something right. Prices have noticeably gone up in recent times, but you get what you pay for. The cash discount has varied over time, but is currently 10% discount on pick-up orders over $40. While they don't do a char kwai teow, the char kuen teow is usually spot on. The shallot cakes are something one doesn't see everywhere. The Shredded Pork with Vegetables Wearing a Hat is probably more impressive on a plate than in a take-away container. I really appreciate the 'No M.S.G. added on request.' They cook in vegetable oil, or sometimes canola.

Still the best Chinese food restaurant in Canberra. The prices are amazing and the service is great. Whenever we need our Chinese food fix, this is our go-to. They are always friendly and accommodating.

Our party included a gluten-free diner, a vegetarian and a child. The menu catered for all of us, and the service was great. A bit busy with delivery service orders but we didn’t have to wait. A few regulars were at other tables, and the atmosphere was convivial. King Fook does spicy dishes very well, highly recommend the Kung Po king prawns, and the dry chilli beef. Shanghai noodles also a winner!
